The tomb of the unknown soldier.

Opening Day

So, they opened a brand new ball park for the Washington Nationals a few weeks ago, so we said, "It's opening night and they're playing the Braves, maybe we should try to get tickets." So we went. It was pretty fun except that the Braves lost in the bottom of the 9th inning and we waited in line about an hour for 2 hot dogs!

Cool Picture

I found this on the internet when I was trying to identify a statue that we took a picture of (without success). So I can't take credit for it, but wanted to share the cool picture.

Joe, Jackie and Mae Visit

We had the quarterly visit from the parents the week after Easter. It was Mae's birthday too and we made her walk for miles! The junk on the White House lawn in this picture is left over from the Annual Easter Egg Roll the Monday after Easter
