Snow and Ice

Well, one thing we haven't had here is beautiful weather. The first night I worked there was a huge ice storm and the past 3 days we have had snow and ice. Not much better weather in between. Luckily there are lots of things to do close to home. There is a game room with a pool table and a private theatre here at the apartment complex. I'm afraid we'll be pool sharks before we leave. Alexandria - The first week

We had an extra day to get settled here in Alexandria since I don't have to start until Tuesday, so we checked out the National museum of Natural History (part of the Smithsonian). We're in a really great location here. It's very convenient to public transit - the best way to get into the city. As you can see, it was kinda foggy today. Maybe I'll get better pictures later.
